FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Where are You Located?

We are located at 12401 Folsom Boulevard, Suite #111, Rancho Cordova, CA. Please visit our website www.tommytsrancho.com for detailed directions. Specifically, we’re located on the second floor above The Old Spaghetti Factory. Parking at the Nimbus Winery parking lot is free.

Q. How can I purchase tickets?

  1. Your best bet is to purchase them online on our website at www.tommytsrancho.com.
  2. Check the Calendar page on our website www.tommytsrancho.com for a full listing of ticket
    prices for all of our shows currently on sale.
  3. You can call our Box Office at 916-608-2233 from 12:00 PM until 5:30 PM Thursday through
    Saturday to purchase your tickets.
  4. You can come by during our Box Office hours (listed above) and purchase tickets in person at
    12401 Folsom Boulevard, Suite #111, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.

Q. Can I get a refund if I didn’t use my tickets?

We’re sorry but all tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE once they are purchased. Refunds for tickets will ONLY be issued if the Artist cancels.

Q. Can I give my tickets to someone else?

We require the purchaser to pick up the tickets showing matching credit card and ID. You can come early to pick up tickets and give them to someone else. Make sure you bring your ID and matching credit card.

Q. What are your showtime hours of operation?

Monday through Thursday Closed (Unless a show is scheduled; then it’s 6:30 PM)
Friday: 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Sunday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Our Monday through Thursday shows start at 7:30 PM.

Our Friday shows start at 7:30 PM and 10:15 PM. Our Saturday shows start at 7:00 PM and 9:45 PM. Our Sunday show starts at 6:00
PM.
There will be occasional exceptions to these start times; please visit our calendar page on our website www.tommytsrancho.com for exact show times.

Q. What time do your doors open?

Our doors open one hour prior to our first show time. For our 10:15 PM and 9:45 PM shows, we make every effort to open our doors 30 minutes before show time. Our Kitchen and Bar open when we open, typically one hour prior to show time for early shows and a half hour before the late shows. Please keep in mind these are LIVE shows and some performers may go over their allotted time. This will not shorten your show time. You will always be treated to a complete show. You will be required to wait outside our doors while we clean up from the early show.

Q: What time should I arrive?

GENERAL ADMISSION ticketholders for the EARLY SHOWS should arrive up to one (1) hour before the show is scheduled to start.

GENERAL ADMISSION ticketholders for the LATE SHOWS should arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to show time. General Admission seating is first come first serve and DOES NOT guarantee you will sit together; however as long as your group is ALL here together at a reasonable time we should be able to accommodate you. Parking can be a challenge so please keep that in mind.

RESERVED ADMISSION ticketholders for both EARLY and LATE SHOWS should arrive a MINIMUM of 15 minutes prior to show time. Reserved seats are ONLY guaranteed until the shows’ start time. Arriving after the show has commenced may jeopardize your Reserved Admission seating.

Q: Can I switch from the early show to the late show or from one day to another?

Please call the club at 916-608-2233 during box office hours, and have your current ticket info handy. Tommy T’s will do their best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to accommodate you please keep in mind there are still NO REFUNDS on the tickets you purchased.

Q: Do you have reserved seating?

Yes, tickets are generally $10 more per ticket. You should contact the club if you plan on attending with a group of 10 or more for so that we can accommodate the seating.

Q: What is the seating like?

General Admission seating is first come first serve. Reserved Admission seating can be selected online or during box office hours.

Q: Do you serve food?

Absolutely! Please check out our Menu page.

Q: Is there a drink minimum?

No, but there is a 2-item minimum PER PERSON. Any drink or food combination, including nonalcoholic beverages will satisfy this minimum.

Q: Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is Casual. We want everyone to feel comfortable.

Q: Do you have an age limit?

All shows are 17 and over unless otherwise stated. There will be some exceptions.

Q: What if I lost my I.D.?

Everyone is required to have a valid photo ID to pick up tickets, purchase alcohol, or to use a credit card.
